PRICES: With prices of materials and inks constantly on the rise, we strive to offer you a fair price without compromising on our quality. Prices on goods and printing are subject to change without notice. We retain the right to discontinue styles, colors and sizes if market prices or availability warrant it.
PRODUCTION TIME: Our order processing/production time is 10-15 working days from receipt of order, subject to factory confirmation. Orders are accepted on a shipping date basis only. RUSH ORDERS: Within 4 day delivery - subject to approval; subject to 15% upcharge depending on production schedule.
SHIPPING: All prices are FOB factory. Shipping will be by the fastest and/or most economical route, unless otherwise specified. We cannot be responsible for delays in transit.
MATERIAL SUBSTITUTIONS: At times textile materials are in short supply. We reserve the right, when necessary, to substitute items of equal or better quality. We will make every effort to match your ordered color and style. The substitution policy will enable us to fill your order in a timely manner.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations cannot be accepted after designs have been processed and order is in production.
RETURNS: We stand behind all merchandise sold. However, no merchandise can be returned without proper authorization.
GUARANTEE: We stand behind our materials and workmanship. However, the complete fastness of colored garments cannot be guaranteed.
ART CHARGES: Our art staff is capable of producing just the right look - tailored to your needs. Charges depend entirely upon design complexity, number of colors, amount of type, etc. and vary from design to design. The average cost of one color work is approximately $25.00. Charges are $25.00 per hour - minimum one hour. All costs are a one time charge. Customer supplied camera-ready art (subject to Art Department approval) will be charged a screen fee for film positive and making of screen. Subsequent orders are subject only to set-up charges.
NOTE: Charges for art, screens and embroidery tapes do not constitute a sale, but service as they remain the property of the manufacturer. They will however be used exclusively for said customers' orders. Any materials or other copy submitted for use by Image Productions in producing an order will be accepted as being submitted in full compliance with all laws regarding copyright, trademark, patent, right of privacy, or similar type protection.
INK COLORS: We use high quality textile inks which are available in standard colors. Color-match charges will be made when we are required to match a special or PMS color. Exact match cannot be guaranteed.
INK COLOR CHANGE: If you would like your design printed in assorted ink colors, there will be a charge for each color change.
